Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, used or washed bedding, sheets, pillowcases, or bedspreads cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

Used or washed textiles.
Items damaged by the customer.
Products returned after the 14-day cancellation period.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned items have been inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
